The game shall be played continuously from the first serve to the end of the game.
(1) If the first serve is wrong, the server should serve the second serve immediately without any delay. The receiver must play at the server's pace and should be ready to receive the ball when the server is ready to serve. When changing places, there is a maximum of 1 minute and 30 seconds from the end of the last point of the inning to the time the first point of the next inning is hit.
(2) The game cannot be postponed, interrupted or interfered with because a competitor is recovering his strength, breathing or physical condition. However, in the event of an accidental injury, the referee may allow a 3-minute timeout for that injury.
(3) If due to reasons beyond the player's control, such as his clothing, shoes or equipment (including the racket), the situation prevents him from continuing the game, the referee may suspend the game while the player makes adjustments.
(4) The referee may suspend or postpone the game whenever necessary and appropriate.
(5) After the third set, or after the second set of a women's match, if due to circumstances beyond the player's control and the referee considers it necessary, each player may have a rest period of no more than 10 minutes.
(6) The organizing committee of the event has the right to decide the time for warm-up activities before the start of the game, but the time for the warm-up activities should not exceed 5 minutes at most, and it must be announced before the game.
