RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Every customer who made a Tiapad purchase has the right to return the items within 30 days from the day of receiving the package. If you wish to exchange to another size/colour, just return the product and place a new order.

The above does not apply to products purchased on sale, which are non-refundable and may not be exchanged or returned.
How to make a return?
1. Make sure all the items are in the original condition with all the hangtags and barcodes attached.
2. Pack the items you’d like to return and attach the label found inside the box.

(!) We will issue a refund after the package is received and inspected. The return label fee of €5 will be deducted from the payout and shipping costs are not refundable. We reserve the right to withhold an additional fee or refuse to refund if the items show marks of use, makeup marks, dirt, holes, damages or are without the original barcodes and hangtags attached.
